The hotel was in a great and absolutely perfect location, to restaurants or shopping. The staff were welcoming and immensely pleasant day and night.

I felt very homey in this stunningly beautiful hotel. Loved the large rooms. The property had indeed a particularly good location close to restaurants. And it was also close to train stations, the galleria and train station and White Plains grocery stores.

My family and I recently stayed at Hyatt House for a week-long vacation. The family suite was outstanding - spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen, furniture, and soft furnishings were all well thought out. We loved the complimentary buffet meal and help-yourself drinks, including wine and beer. The food was of great quality and there was plenty of choice. The pool was also a highlight - comfortable sunbeds, clear water, and big fluffy towels. our stay was exceptional, with everything being of high quality.
